Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: 
As well as cash, we also accept all major credit cards including American express. All payments for treatments, products and courses must be made in full on day of purchase. We do not offer credit for any treatments or courses for any reason.

2. Cancellation & No Show Fee Charges: 
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling or rescheduling your appointments. If appointments are missed, cancelled on the day or within 24hours we will charge 50% of the treatment price from your card.  Please be aware that we are strict on our 24 hour cancellation policy, you can contact us by phone (answerphone is always available) or by email or by text using the reminder facilities. reminders are sent out 48 hours before so you have plenty of time to reschedule or cancel if needed without incurring a charge

3. Late Arrivals: 
These may unfortunately result in a reduced treatment time or treatment needing to be rescheduled. Therefore out of respect for other clients and your therapist please make sure you arrive on time for your treatment or 10 mins earlier if your a new client to fill in forms, If you realize you are going to be late a phone call to inform us may help us with scheduling to accommodate your appointment. Otherwise, you may have to wait until we are able to fit you in depending on availability and time allocation for the treatment or we may have to reschedule you to an alternative time or day.

4. Patch tests: 
When booking certain treatments you must have a patch test 48 hours prior to treatment, some of these include Pro Power peel, eye treatments including lash lift /tint & extensions. If you are booking online it is your responsibility to book a patch test prior to treatment. The treatments that require this are stated on the booking information. We hold no responsibility for any adverse reactions if this is not been done.

5. Medical conditions:
 Medical forms will be automatically sent out to you when booking with us for the first time, we ask you to fill this in truthfully so we can conduct your treatment safely and correctly. Please inform your therapist if there are any changes to your medical form on your visit, ie if you are pregnant, or changes in medication. 

6. Age restrictions: 
We do offer packages and treatments for younger clients but this is only available if they are accompanied. For any person under the age of 16 years, a parent or guardian's presence is mandatory to give consent for treatments and to sign the forms and consultation cards. The management reserves the right to refuse any treatment to the persons under the age of 16 who does not have this presence.

7. Gift Vouchers: 
vouchers are a great and thoughtful way to treat a loved one for that special occasion. Gift vouchers are always well received by men or women for any occasion. You can choose either a value or a package of treatments. We can post the Gift Vouchers to the intended person on your behalf. Contact us in salon, via phone or email for more details. NB: Vouchers are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable. They are only redeemable against treatments. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
